from the natchez trace:

~ follow the trace south until it literally ends

~ follow the signs leading to downtown (liberty road)

~ continue going straight, liberty will turn into quitman which will turn into main street

~ follow main street through downtown

~ turn right on canal street (at the convention center), if the road ends you are at the mississippi river and missed canal street by one block

~ proceed one block and turn right onto franklin street

~ conner burns studio and gallery are in the middle of that block on the left at 209 franklin


from the north/east:

~ highway 98/84 and highway 61 all meet going south toward natchez; follow highway 98/84/61 into natchez

~ follow business 61/84; which will be straight (98/84/61 will turn left) - signs will say 'to downtown'

~ highway changes and street names change from devereux drive to jefferson street - keep straight

~ continue through downtown until you reach canal street. (if you see the river - you went one block too far)

~ at canal street turn left then proceed one block to intersection of canal and franklin street

~ turn left on franklin street

~ conner burns studio and gallery are in the middle of that block on the left at 209 franklin


from west (louisiana):

~ follow highway 65/84/98 through ferriday and vidalia toward the mississippi river bridge at natchez

~ cross bridge and visitor's center is on the left after you cross bridge

~ at first intersection (and first light) turn left onto canal street

~ follow canal street one block past main street to the intersection of canal and franklin street

~ turn right onto franklin street

~ conner burns studio and gallery are in the middle of that block on the left at 209 franklin


from the south:

~ follow highway 61 north into natchez

~ follow business 61 to the left (which is also 98/84/65 towards louisiana)

~ turn right onto canal street at intersection (visitor's center will be just ahead on the right)

~ if you cross the mississippi river bridge, you missed the turn, turn around and follow directions 'from west'

~ follow canal street one block past main street to the intersection of canal and franklin street

~ turn right onto franklin street
